Bill Borgh, ConocoPhillips Program Manager, based in Houston, Texas. Bill has worked in the industry for more than 30 years managing large construction and environmental projects throughout the Western United States for ConocoPhillips. Bill works closely with property owners and is a familiar face in the neighborhoods where sump projects are underway.
Randy Booth
ConocoPhillips Contract Representative located in Paso Robles, California. As Manager of his Land Services of CA, LLC, company and as a retired employee of ConocoPhillips Company, Randy has several decades of experience on the Santa Maria Sumps Program. He specializes in assisting Bill Borgh with stakeholder relations, real estate matters, agreements and claim negotiations.
